Terms and conditions

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books, software) where the item has been downloaded. If the payment is for an online conference registration, and you have used your login, we are unable to provide a refund.

Products supplied by Deafeducate:

Faulty CDs will be replaced by return of post.
eBooks will be despatched within 5 working days and 15 working days for countries outside the United Kingdom.

Faulty CDs will be replaced by return of post.
If DVDs/videos are unsuitable, these can be returned within 10 days for refund (or exchange).
Goods are dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders are usually posted out on the same day if received before 2pm - allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Faulty items can be returned within 28 days and will be replaced free of charge.
